For a moment I was confused as I stared at him, what does he mean by that? Then slowly I got my answer.

"Wait the flower was from you?" I asked in bewilderment

"Yes," he answered

"How... Am sorry just...," almost not knowing what else to say he replied

"I was at the hospital when you were rushed in, and your room is close to that of my sister so...," he explained while I nodded even with the obvious confusion

"Oh okay, that's lovely of you," I said

"This is my sister, Florance. And Florance this is the friend I told you about." he introduced us, and she smiled slightly before stretching her hands out to me, I took it on the process bending down a bit.

There was no resemblance between the two which is okay, not every sibling looks alike, her eye color was a dark brown unlike his green eye color, and her hair color was jet black that it almost looks fake.

But she was undeniably very beautiful, I watched as a dimple appears on her left cheek as her smile spread across her face.
