CHAPTER 69

Riella's POV.

The harsh rays of the sun plunged out of bed that slightly chilly morning. I couldn't figure out what was happening but the dull throbbing ache in my head and hazy eyesight told me that I might have drunk too much last night.

Besides, my hair which had been damp the night before was sticking out in all the places and I felt very terrible to be feeling the way I was feeling. But I stopped when it felt like the room was spinning before my eyes and then, I felt the surge. Before I could comprehend what was going on, my wobbly feet took the lead and led me to the toilet where I retched over the toilet bowl.

I thought I was a lightweight.

I splashed cold water over my face and washed my mouth. I decided to brush my teeth and I just did just that. When I stepped out of the bathroom, my eyes widened at the manly figure standing in the middle of my room.

“Are you okay?” His face was flushed with concern. I dabbed my face dry with the hand towel I had with me while my wobbly feet
