Olivia's POV

"Alright then" he said as he took my hand and kissed the back of my palms. He's such a gentleman.

"Mr. James will need to rest now miss". A nurse said. I wondered how long she had been standing there and if she saw us kiss. "No problem, I'll go have my bathe, change and get you some food" I said to James.

I gave him a peck on his lips before bolting out of the door. I could feel his smirk after I left. I saw a doctor outside the corridor so I decided to ask him about James.

"Hey doctor, I'm the one who brought in the gun shot man, how long does he have to stay here before he gets discharged?" I asked the doctor as he fiddled with a notebook.

"And who are you to the young man?" He asked. "Well... I'm his... girlfriend. So when will he be discharged?" I asked. "Not long miss, at most just tonight and he'll be free tomorrow morning". He said as he adjusted his glasses. I sighed in relief as I heard him say that. " But um... ma'a
