After that sex marathon with Bruce, I decided to take a week off work. I couldn't shake the feeling of guilt that was eating away at me. I wanted to come clean to him, but I wasn't sure how he would react. Could I tell him the truth about my intentions, or would I need to continue to play the part of a spy, lying to him until I get the code.

The next Monday morning, I woke up very early and rushed to work. Jenna came over to chat with me and I apologized for my long absence, "I had too much to do." I said, giving her a warm hug.

"No need to apologize, but don't do it again," she replied.

A smile spread across my face as I heard her words. "I promise, Jenna," I said, relieved that she was so understanding.

"You've got a lot of catching up to do," She said and went on to fill me with new gist on what's happening in the company. Rumors have been flying about an attempted cyber attack on our system and that's why our computer systems have been shut down.
