Right now, I felt like I could fly, I felt like I could do anything, I felt like a bed – a bed that had just broken free from a cage.

I was determined never to return to that cage again.

I did not know for how long I would be staying there, I did not know where I would go from there, neither do I know what I would be doing there.

I just wanted to enjoy my freedom.

“Have you met a werewolf before” she suddenly asked interrupting my thoughts.

“Yes” I answered “I have met a handful of them. A few bad ones”

“But not all werewolves are bad” she said “you know that right? The ones you have met just seem to be bad. But the werewolves here are very nice sets of people”

“I know, I have met a good one too” I said.

Even though Lesley could not be classified as good, he was still the man I love. And he was good to me too even though I was not one of his kind. But he treated me the way a good person should treat a woman.

“Really!” She asked excitedly.

“Yes, I was mates to him”
