"Are you okay? What is it?" I quickly ran up to Lauren when I saw her walk into the office as if she had just seen a ghost.

She looked completely lost and tired. She looked like she was about to cry as her eyes were glistening in tears. It made my heart break. What could possibly be wrong with her?

After the show we both put outside in front of the reporters and after our little argument in the elevator, I did not see Lauren again. So, I did not know what exactly was wrong with her.

Did she really hate the kiss between us? Was it that bad?

Lauren staggered weakly but I was quick to hold her hand and prevent her from falling. I was surprised that she did not push me away but instead, she held onto me tighter and it made me dance happily within myself.

I helped Lauren to desk and made her sit down. I went to my own desk and came back with a bottle of water. I opened it and made her drink from it.
