"What is it with you too, Caden?" I fired back at him and yanked my arm away from his light grip.

"Is this about me saying I did not want a child? Okay, I agree that I was a bit too much. It's not that I do not want a child with you but it doesn't have to be now. We still have a long way to go in our marital lives.

We should have a stable marital life before we start talking about having kids. Don't you agree?" I explained to him.

I looked up at him with sad eyes. I was trying hard not to burst into tears and spill out all the truth about myself.

But it was being selfish of me to even think about that since I know it's going to affect my parents and most especially, Lauren.

Lauren does not want it neither do my parents so who am I to call it quits?

Before I know it, I felt warm liquid touch my face.

Caden walked closer to me and wiped my tears that I did not know was already pouring down my cheeks.
