Chapter Ninety-One

After all the drinking and cursing, we were trashed, When I sat down to rest a bit, the door of the booth opened. Due to the light inside the booth, we did not notice that it was already dark.

"Kingsley" Kelly stood up and rushed to him. He grabbed her because she was swaying on her feet.

"Get the princess too," I heard him say to someone, and when the person moved to where I was, I recognized him as Dean.

"Dean, long time no see," I said, then grabbed his clothes

He pulled me into his arms, trying to carry me in bridal style, but I pushed his hands off.

"Reagan would not like you touching me."

He smiled. "Yes, but he is not here, and you are trying too drunk to walk back home by yourself."

For some reason, reminding my drunk self that my mate was not here and his cousin was the one taking care of me made me feel somehow, so the water dam in my eye opened.

"I know. He is so angry with me and is in New York, and he wouldn't let me explain."

Dean hugged me again, rubbing my head.
