Chapter Ninety-Nine

She closed her eyes and was no longer speaking, and her breathing was shallow now.

"Alix, Alix!" I screamed, but she was not answering. She was only breathing slowly.

I felt my wolf almost taking over, but I kept trying to push it back because I knew that letting him take control was not a good idea. it would destroy everything.
