Chapter Seventy-Four

"Alix, Alix" someone kept tapping me.

When I opened my eyes, Reagan was standing over me.

"Come and eat; it is almost time for the pack's training."

I groaned, "I want to sleep more; I feel so tired."

He started pulling me up while laughing, "Sorry, but you cannot sleep anymore. We have to get going."

"Nooooo, can't you just not make an excuse for me? Tell them that I am sick and I have a headache. I do have a headache, so that will not be lying."

"Sorry, but I cannot do that; they saw you last night so they will know that you are lying."

I sat up and pushed him away, then took a big sip from the hot tea he dropped beside me on the bed.

"What kind of exercise are we supposed to do?"

"For women, your workout is different from ours; it's you guys doing what you want, and with the fact that the queen is exhausted, the head warrior will always look at that and make your training short."
