22. BROTHERS' FIGHT.

"Just leave, I am going to pay you when I have it," Jonathan yelled at the landlord after pushing him out. Alex was coming back from school, his hands were inside his hoodie's pockets and he stopped to watch what was going on with a frown.

"The two of you should pay me before the weekends or else, you will be out on the street, begging for a place to stay. Humph!" He stomped his foot against the ground and glared at the siblings before walking away.

Jonathan sighed and ran his hand through his hair. This was why he didn't want to rent an apartment with old people. They were always traditional and hard to beat because of RESPECT.

He turned around only to get a sight of his brother. His lips parted slightly, unable to say anything as Alex was looking at him dead in the eye with an unexplainable facial reaction so he relented.
