After the feast, she walked into his room and coaxed him into telling her everything that had happened to him while he was away and he looked genuinely happy telling her everything.

Lucian didn't see his best friend when he came back. Marcus did not come for the feast either. Lucian was beginning to doubt their friendship. They had been friends since childhood and if there was anything he should say it. Lucian went to Marcus' house the next day.
