" So what you're trying to say is that no one came here today?" I ask unsure, what does she mean by no one came here, when I vividly saw her having a word with Ralph

" I just told you that. Why do you keep asking?. Were you expecting a visitor?" She ask nonchalantly

" Ralph came here, didn't he?" I ask

" Oh my gosh, Daddy I totally forgot. He did come, I could have told you but it escaped my mind. Trust me it wasn't my intention to lie to you" She mumbles in a panic

" Rieka relax, I know you forgot" I inform

" How?" She doubts

" You're not a very good liar you know. I know you well enough to tell when you are lieing, and that is why I can say without a shadow of doubt that you didn't go to the hospital today" I inform

" Wait, how did you know what?. Did you pay someone to follow me?" She ask bitterly with a frown

" Of course not, you just have this tendency to stare at the ceiling when ever you're lieing" I inform sincerely.

I think she always does that involunta
