146. TEAR THEM ALL APART PART I

The silence was scary. The darkness as if to spit all kinds of evil to swallow us. The trees seemed to be weeping, probably smelling all the blood that had been spilled on that night.

The fear— the fear of what might just happen any moment kept me going. My limbs were as if to fall apart but I did not care.

They could have been ripping my mate and all the people I loved to shreds just at that very moment. I could collapse on the floor any second right there and I would have lost everything. It all would have been for absolutely nothing. I had to get there, I had to get to them.

The screams were like a siren, letting me know that I had arrived. It was like a welcome song that was so wicked I went cold where I was. I knew I could not bare what I was about to see but I had no chance of delaying because one second could have made a big difference.
