As the men cleared the room, I found a new room for the king and I. I lodged in the next room which had been supposed to be my room originally— the royal queen’s quarters. My arms wrapped around my torso, standing and feeling as if I would be blown away by the cold wind.Many of our warriors were leaving to different villages, to add protection. They left with these large arrows to shoot at large dragons in the sky.It had been nothing but chaos in the castle all day and night long, just preparing as every vampire was filled with nothing but fear.I did not care for dragons burning all the villages down. The nightmares had gripped me by the throat and left me heaving in my sleep.
