Ever since we came back and I wasn’t that busy, I started feeling weak once again, but I didn’t let it get to me. When I realized that the harder I worked, the stronger I felt, I decided not to sleep around even though I was planning to rest till the banquet evening. I walked around to get the gist I had missed while I was absent from the palace and my girls didn’t fail to fill me in on every single thing that went down between Chief Kinn and Amy. I was dressed in a pink gown that had a long thigh slit but was budded with silver flowers to cover the spaces. The hands of the gowns were covered with white gems, creating a lotus flower shape with shiny silver ornaments scattered around my packed hair. “Your beauty is blinding tonight, my queen”, he had complimented me when he set his eyes on me and I blushed. “I have always been beautiful, did you just notice?” I pouted and we both giggled.
