TYLER POV "Tessa." I sang out going into our bedroom. I know that I was out of line when I forbid her to do anything but she was willing to go on a suicide mission to go find her father. There's no way I could let her go and do that. Not with other vampires and witch's after her. But when I walked into our room I noticed that she wasn't there. TYLER POV I don't know how long I had been here for but when I started coming to I knew that I was tied while standing up and I didn't know where I was. Everything was a blur but I heard a lot of noise around me. There were people everywhere, loud music, like a massive party happening right where I was. I slowly opened my eyes and sneaked a peak and I could tell that I was still in that same mansion and I was surrounded by vampires. Vampires partying, vampires feeding on people, willing people. Vampire groupies. It was disgusting. But when one started approaching me, I closed my eyes again and pretended like I was still unconscious. He walked right up to me and grabbed a hold of my face and then splashed freezing cold water on my face. That got my attention and woke me up really quickly. TESSA POV As soon as I got to New Orleans I caught a cab to a cemetery that was actually a public attraction in this city. I went to the Andres Tomb which was out of the way from the tours going through and I sat inside it waiting until the sun went down. "Is there something I can do for you?" By the following night Tyler had caught Cade up on everything that was going on in New Orleans and Cade was to be acting Alpha of the pack while we were away. But we didn't know how long that was going to be for. So the following night when everyone woke up and were ready to party I noticed that there was barely anyone around the mansion. I found Angelo in the courtyard with Mitchell having a pretty heated argument until they saw me and stopped. And Mitchell stormed off. "Was it something I said?" I asked sarcastically. "No. He just doesn't like have werewolves in the mansion. It's taken us a long time to draw lines and barriers where every species belong. And he thinks that I am breaking all the rules now." The following morning we came downstairs to a completely full breakfast already prepared by that witch that Angelo hired to cook for us. And we sat down to eat almost all of it. "Why do those bastards want Tessa? Why do they need her? And what curse are they talking about?" I demanded answers. "You saw how small they are. They're tiny wolves.
