TESSA POV It took a week for all the warriors to arrive in the city and we arranged where and when to meet them in the woods outside the city. We all got prepared at the mansion and tensions were high. You could practically cut it with a knife. No one knew what was going to happen or who was going to come home. And the worry that I felt coming off of Tyler was palpable. I couldn't figure his emotions out at all. Or these glances that I saw him constantly exchanging with Aria. And the secret little mind links that them two had going on. I left my engagement ring in the nightstand at the mansion because it would break when I shifted and I didn't want anything to happen to it. ETHAN POV The battle was getting bloody. These leeches were waiting for us. So they were prepared. Several wolves were down because of wolfsbane darts and we needed to protect them before the vampires could get to them. We couldn't have the vampires feeding on them or even just biting them and turning them into hybrids. None of them wanted that. One tried to attack me from the side but i swung around and grabbed that vampires in my mouth and shook so fiercely that I ripped him to pieces. One of the caravans exploded in the background and I looked over to see Bella was being surrounded. I ran to her but one vampire got in the way of me and I couldn't get around him. He lunged at me and I tried to get my mouth around him but he held my top and bottom jaw. He was trying to pull them apart and break my jaw. And he was strong. TESSA POV I was pinned in the corner of the room and the wall by the string of electricity that had turned from white to red with her anger and I screamed so loud that I didn't know it was possible. The pain that I was feeling was indescribable. I managed to take one deep breath and I raised my hand towards the witch and I created a fireball that I turned to glass and shot it at her face at full speed. She let go of me while she was trying to get the glass out of her face and I fell to the ground. I slowly managed to get to my feet and Tyler was regaining consciousness. "Go help the wolves." I tell him. But I could tell that he was more concerned with me. But he knew that I needed to finish this so he ran to the wolves. He didn't know what the hell to do. THREE MONTHS LATER I was standing in my bedroom suite with Bella and Aria fussing around me like chickens with their heads cut off. Bella was doing my make up and Aria was doing my hair. She was brilliant at doing hair. She was putting it in some up and some down with perfect curles hanging down my back and I was keeping a very natural look on my face. I put on some diamond teardrop earrings and a matching necklace that Tyler gave me at our engagement party when we got home from New Orleans. And then it was time to get dressed. I was already wearing my white lace bodice with matching panties and white suspenders that clipped onto my stockings. I then got dressed into a strapless mermaid style wedding gown with a princess neckline that was covered in lace and had different layers going down my legs with a 2-foot long train. Hair straight black hair reaching her hips and clothes looking very expensive, she rocked in the chair while holding a photo of Josiah in her hand and rubbing a finger over it. "I promise my love. I will get revenge for you. You wanted that bitch's baby. I promise that you will get that bitch's baby. I miss you sweetheart. I'll make them pay for what they did to you. I'll make them all pay." We were going over tactics and I promised them again that I wasn't leaving until we were sure that the Rogue attacks were over. But I didn't know exactly how long I would be able to stay.
