Coming in the Office

I woke up with a feeling akin to a hangover without the over indulgence in alcohol. Even so, I rolled out of bed and went to morning yoga at work.

Adam's mat was away from my own, which made the classes so much more effective. I could actually meditate and focus on my breathing. When I did my final exhale, my eyes fluttered open to see Adam starring at me in the large mirror on the gym class wall. He looked at me intensely and when our eyes met in mirror he snapped out of it and looked at the gorgeous woman beside him. I knew she was in account management but I had no idea what her name was. I wonder if they ae dating. 

Why did I just feel upset when I thought that?

"Remember everyone we are the watcher of our thoughts. They do not define us. Have a wonderful day!" The instructor whisper-yelled as we all got up and put away our mats.
