“What an ungrateful wench,” Benedict stated. “You have the audacity to say those? Even in the end, Knoxx wanted to keep you safe.”

I never asked anyone to keep me safe. Not even Knoxx. They decided it for me. Did they think I was that weak?

If they continue protecting me, then it will never be a surprise why they think lowly of me.
