Ryder's POV

Bang, bang, bang.

The sound was repetitive every five seconds. It filled the abandoned hall that had turned into our new prison.

Bang. Bang.

Max growled as he hit the door with his shoulder. There was no budging at all, no cracks or any sign that showed that the door was going to give way.

"Come on Ryder, come here and help me," Max called out to me. His face was covered in sweat as he stood at the door. I turned to Callum for support, but he was far away, examining walls which I found strange.

"Callum, come let's find a way to get out of here," I called out to him.

He didn't answer me, as he continued touching the walls and muttering words I couldn't hear. He looked up at the ceilings and touched the walls.

"Come help me here," Max hissed impatiently. He looked very worried.

"The door won't budge, can't you see that?" I went to sit down.
