Matt was surprised at her commitment to staying away from him. When she said, "no touching" she really meant it. She dropped Bobby off at her neighbor's as a guarantee that he wouldn't try to trick her into staying for more than one night. She sat at the back with him but moved to the right side of the seat, almost merging herself with the door. She didn't speak to him, kept her hands crossed throughout, and didn't even spare him a glance. He wanted nothing more than to repair the damage he caused but with Alfie glancing in the rearview mirror every second, the best he could do was wait till they were alone.
