CHAPTER 18

ARRIVING at the twin’s academy, the two immediately went out of the car as their driver opens the passenger’s door open.

“Here we go.”

Cath smiles all wide as she looks at the Academy that is bringing her the sweet memories of her childhood. As nostalgia reminds her of her past, her eyes are caught by the familiar oak tree beside the Academy’s entrance gate. The oldest tree that she remembers made her think of the certain past where she first meets Sam. The bitter-sweet memory that she couldn’t deny is making her smile right now.

“There are some things that didn’t change.”

She whispers to herself and pertains about the tree. That despite the big change in everything around her after being absent and gone for years. The same old oak tree is still standing tall and proud as she remembers it.

“Cath, what are you looking at?”
