Nyx's POV

I let out a sinister smirk at the thought that crossed my mind.

This was my chance, I could get back at my aunt by agreeing to Clyde's request.

Besides, she doesn't seem to like my relationship with him and missing my training with Narek would rile her up the more.

I wanted to get that reaction from her and so I agreed to meet up with Clyde.

"Sure, let's do it" I agreed. A satisfied grin appeared on Clyde face.

"Where are you off to again?" He requested trying to peek at the books in my hand.

"The library, want to come too?" I returned his question.

His face scrunched and he gagged dramatically, "Nah, I think I will pass. The library is for dorks and I won't be caught dead acting like one"

I shot him a dangerous glare, "Are you indirectly calling me a nerd?" I asked in low tune, taking menacing steps towards him.

Clyde immediately backed away, raising his hands in the air. A mischievous smirk on his features.
