Harlow Tilde - Chapter Twenty-Seven

There was something about the way how Harlow held her posture that irked me, her very presence set me off as my instincts were put on high alert. Her stride was confident as she closed the distance between us and rested her hand on Cian’s shoulder, there was something about the innocent action that enraged me as I found a growl instinctively erupting from my lungs.

“Harlow,” Cian said with a sigh.

“Hmm?” Harlow asked with a pleased expression.

“You can't be doing that,” Cian said as he pried her hand from his shoulder.

“What do you mean, Ci-Ci,” Harlow pouted.

“Drop the ruse, Harlow, she’s my women,” Cian stated.

“Alright,” Harlow said as she leaned back and folded her arms as she finally took the time to look me over.

“Harlow is one of our acute cutthroat’s, she’s an irreplaceable tool who we use to infiltrate our enemies and eliminate them before they can become an issue for us in the long run,” Cian said pridefully as I examined Harlow suspiciously.

“Rosa de la Muerte,” I murmured.
