Chapter 39: Mend my heart

Brian left with Whitney, and Gregory's tears almost dropped.

"I am breaking them up.'

"What? Craig don't, she will get heartbroken again."

"It's better if it happens now."

"Craig please, I don't want her going back to that kind of life back in country B."

"Then you should be ready to console her when she comes because I am not going to allow her to go through the same pain Cathy is going through, I couldn't fight for Cathy but you should fight for Whitney."

"Craig!" He didn't listen, he left, and Gregory hit the wall.

"Not again."

"Goddess, are you enjoying this place?"

"Of course, I love it, can you get me ice cream?"

"Sure, just be good." Whitney smiles the way the kids are running and playing makes her forget her pain in a second. Her phone suddenly pings from a strange number.

"Who is this?" She read, "Check Brian's phone he is hiding stuff from you."

She looks at the message on her phone and then at Brian's phone which is lying beside her. Brian's phone pinged as well.
