Chapter 43: Fade

Leaning on the window in the bus, I wait for the bus to start moving. I anticipate on this long trip.

Spending another straight eight (8) hours in boredom having no one to talk with rather than watching the affairs between other mates.

All what gave me hope to scale through this road trip was the fact that I will see him again.

I'm going to meet Ashman again and whether my heart believes it or not, I really miss him and crave for him - every seconds.

Again, Nathaniel was my seat partner. No matter how I tried to runaway from him, he keeps coming for me.

It seems nature wouldn't stop pulling us together, that's the true fact.

So it's better I submit to fate than playing hide and seek with something I know will definitely catch up with me soon.

I intentionally entered this bus early so that I will not sit with him but all is well (irony).

Maybe he hasn't changed from the way he was last night, that part of him is the best that I have witnessed so far.
