Early in the morning, I came out of the room carrying my backpack. I just finished packing. Today, Malik will pick Gin and me up to return to Pack Werner.
"Last night, Gin left me harshly, but that was the best answer I could give him–the reason why I chose to stay and return with the Werner family. Hopefully, he will understand and come back with us there."
Gin is still busy in his room. I walked towards the window. Outside, thick fog still enveloped the apartment building.
