Lorenzo's POV.

"It's gorgeous." She answered reluctantly but still couldn't hide her excitement.

She was adorable when she wasn't trying her best to deny the fact that she was attracted to me.

She stared down at the black gloves decorated with diamonds and couldn't help but grin wide.

Suddenly she frowned and handed the box back to me.

"I can't accept this." She said with a determined frown.

"Why the hell not? I bought it specifically for you. You do like it, don't you?"

"It's not ugly." She said with a defiant tilt to her head.

I narrowed my eyes on her.

"You clearly like it, you wouldn't have screamed if you didn't."

"Doesn't matter, I can't accept it. It looks too expensive."

"Do you not think you are worth it?" I asked, watching her carefully.
