Chapter forty seven

“Hey Naomi, what’s up! You’ve been extremely quiet and your cheeks looked all flushed up”, Daniel asked Naomi with a hidden smile on his face and his eyes raised up slightly.

“Yeah I’m cool, thanks a lot”,I added trying to avoid eye contact with Daniel.

“I heard you came in with the boss? How true is that?”, Daniel purposely asked when he could already read the signs and know for a fact that something happened.

“Really? Don’t give me that look, we only just came in together. It’s possible to arrive at the same time right?”, I asked, trying to pretend because Daniel's face told me he could already tell what happened.
