“Take her to the altar! The ceremony will begin soon,” said Altair to the other elves.
The elves picked up June's helpless body and carried her out of the room. Altair walked after them with nervous steps. He had to succeed this time, or he would have to wait centuries more.
They arrived at the hall of the glass palace. In the center, there is a large round table. June was pretty sure the table wasn't used for eating. The big chains were already wrapped around the sides, ready to go.
