Chapter Fifteen X

She remembered how the ear-splitting sound of thunder outside her window and the heavy drop of the rain on the rooftop woke her up. It was unexpected. It was said in the weather forecast from last night to expect rain but no one said that it'll rain heavily. She removed the sleep from her eyes and get off her bed. She walked towards the window and gingerly opened it. 

The harsh blow of the wind welcomed her just woke up with a bit swollen face. The rain intensifies, she could see how the trees swayed because of the wind. She took a heavy sigh and closed the window. 

Her darkroom was gloomy but she did not bother switching on the lights because she likes it that way. She reached for the fan and unplugged it. She dropped her heavy body to the bed and wrapped the comforter around her body. She's in no desire of getting out from her bed nor getting out of the room. She closed her eyes.
