"No," Vincent firmly said before he got up from his seat and walked towards the bedside table to get the brown paper bag that he put there when he entered Celestine's hospital room. Inside the paper bag is a wooden lunch box that contains slices of fruits with vegetable fried rice, sliced boiled eggs, and sausages.
It took him a couple of minutes before answering Celestine. He's undecided. That was his plan; to get rid of Celestine as his way of protecting her against his father and to his enemies but now that it comes from her mouth, everything that he planned vanished to his mind and the only word he can utter is: no.
He doesn't have enough time to prepare everything that's why he did the easiest food to cook. Nicholas and he stopped by a restaurant owned by his friend when while on the road, he decided to make something for Celestine. He used the restaurant kitchen with permission from his friend.
