Chapter 29

August's POV

My eyes were trained in the front lane and I was unable to move or relax even a bit. We left the boutique with a lot of confusion building up in my system. First, I don't even get why Cayden got overly mad with Vladimir. I know he is kinda weird but I don't see the point of why Cayden acted like that. He even called Vladimir a name that I couldn't even spell and pronounce again correctly. I am not even sure what that was. I don't even know if it's Latin, English, or french. What was that word again? That sounds like a sausage.

And now I am in this freaking scenario where I feel so awkward and I can't bring myself to ask Cayden because it seems like at any moment it will explode. He's that mad just because of Vladimir and that's what I don't understand. The car's speed is as mad as you think he owns the highway. It just stops at the stop light, it doesn't recognize the slowdown. I won't be surprised if at any time policemen are chasing us because of speeding.
