Lady Daphne

**Daphne POV***

Wiping away angry tears I took in the Palace as the driver pulled up outside. A guard approached me smiling.

"Lady Daphne how lovely to meet you. The Queen has asked me to inform you Ms Abigal will escorted you to your room and she will be there shortly." he beamed bowing. A middle aged woman with blond hair chopped in a bob style cut just above her shoulders stepped forward with a welcoming smile. She was dressed in a pink blouse with a string of pearls at her neck and black knee length skirt with matching black cardigan, she wore tan coloured tights and nude modest pumps. She was clutching a clipboard and waiting in the foyer for me.

"Lady Daphne welcome." She cutsied before putting a motherly arm around me. "We are so thrilled you will be joining the household. I am Ms Abigal Winx the household manager. This is Sarah, she will tend to your personal needs and this is Tom and Jerry they are your personal gaurd." She introduced the line of waiting people.
