The break up

Maxmillian left his room for Alexander's. His rage was predictable.

"What were you doing in my room?"

Maxmillian asked. Barging into Alexander's room. Alexander was standing by the window with his hands in his pockets. He turned slowly to Maxmillian. Seeing his father's angry look, he knew immediately not to throw back the rage Maxmillian came to him with.

"I was expecting you, Maxmillian. What did you go to my mother's place to do?" Alexander asked.

"I went to warn her to stay away from Amelia. You heard what your mother told Amelia, didn't you?" Maxmillian asked. "That shouldn't repeat itself."

"So what?" Alexander asked rhetorically, feeling less concerned.

"She warned her fellow woman to stay away from a man she loves. Is that a new thing? If Amelia loved you like she claimed she would fight my mum for your heart. But no, you keep telling Amelia to stay away from Grace because you and I know that Grace will win. Am I right?" Alexander concluded.

"Is that all you have to say?
