Chapter 37: The Warning

During her first few weeks after crowning as the Queen, Judah already humiliated Gray many times, especially when it came to Faye.

Judah never once defended her, but she held up her head high and shrugged. She could do everything independently, and she didn't need him.

She planned to give him a child and then ask him for a divorce, breaking their bond, although it was only one-sided.

After eating, Gray excused herself to retire. She was too tired to talk to her husband. Watching him and Faye was exhausting to the point that she would lock herself up in her library, studying the annual budget for next year's expenses.
