Chapter 38 The Plan

HERMIONE'S POV

By the time that I woke up, I saw a note that was probably left by Phoenix, since he was the only one who was in my room last night.

I took it out and read.

“I'll be away for days. I was called by my father to deal with the enemies who tried to attack my pack in order to steal the throne for me.”

Once I'm done reading it out, I put it back on the table before I slowly climbed off the bed.

It's a bit of a pity. There is no Phoenix who would lift me up and become my own transportation, but it couldn't be help.

I climbed off bed and went to the bathroom to do my morning routine.

Of course, I haven't forgotten about what had happened last night. It was different from when I was sober.

He knew that I was in heat and I didn't have much control of my body because I let my own desires, my heat, control me instead.

Who would have thought that he didn't go all the way and endured everything last night?
