Into Your Arms By Ava Max ||
The bell rang alerting the students that they were ready for another round of boring hour. Viona was seated one desk away from Alaric. She had her eyes settled on the board above not caring about the meaningful glances that she received from Alaric. She didn't hate him to not disclose his real identity. But something nerved her decision. She wanted to stay in a safe distance from Alaric. This man had the extraordinary motion powers like Vampires though she wasn't sure of it. In the realms of underworld, there were numerous creatures with this power.
Alaric glanced at her unbothered expression from time to time. Though he predicted that she would choose to distant herself from his proximity, he felt upset.
He wouldn't have acted like this way!
A frustrated sigh escaped
|| RECOMMENDED SONG: Fix You By Cold Play || Viona sat contentedly over the bench that was on pool's side. Breeze whipped through her mind and her wolf whinned lowly inside her. She loved to stay close to nature. It made her feelings wild and a lot more easier for her wolf to have the feelings of being wild easily. The morning sun reflexed on the surface of water. Distant tunes of birds hummed in her ears. A smile played on her lips when her mind was reminded of her mate, Damien. Alaric noticed the little smile on his face. Little did, he hoped that those smile was for him but he knew the truth. Exhaling a sigh of helplessness, Alaric asked in a voice of worry, eyes kept stuck on her comfortable face, " Are you feeling well now?" Viona nodded giving her a smile of gratitude and replied in a sweet voic
Alaric came back to find Viona after he had discussion with the players of his basketball team. As soon as he entered into the forest, his instinct howled warning him a danger lurking from his surrounding. Alaric halted in his track before breathing out a single word before rushing forward, " Viona! " In a blink of eye, he reached in front of that pool side and saw nothing but an empty bench. His heart clenched into a tight knot as desperation shot through his mind. His breathing came out in pant as he switched his eyes around to search for her and called at the same time in case she was here nearby, " Viona!! Viona!! " In response, he heard nothing but chirping sound of birds that came from a bit far away. Tensed, he looked around to inspect sharply then he saw ths footmarks of other two people here. Narrowing his eyes at those mark, he trotted over to kneel down and inspect
|| RECOMMENDED SONG: Silent Running By Hidden Citizens || Awakened by a slight ache on her back, Viona opened her eyelids groggily. Discovering herself in a place which seemed totally unfamiliar in her vision, she cleared her vision before sitting up to look around for someone hastily. The room was appeared like a storeroom from her pack house but the decorations was different with more staffs sprawling around. Travelling her eyes through the little window, she saw that the sky was already dark outside. She was taken here around noon! For How long was she in unconscious state? Curiousity flooded through her veins when she found no one nearby and the outside trees were nothing like Rainford. She pondered before swiped her eyes around to find any place to escape away from here. Walking over to the high
[ RECOMMENDED SONG: Send Me An Angel By Scorpions] Rosamund was smiling all the way at her brother. Her eyes twinkled in amusement when she finally got the outcome of her abduction. She pouted, extended her arms to pull him into a tight hug, " I missed you, brother." The man standing into the darkeness came in front light. His handsome face shone under the moonlight as he growled dodging her hug, " Get off, Rose! I am not in mood. Is she with you? Speak to me! I have to know the answer now." Rosamund pouted retracting her stretched out arms and chuckled in amusement, " Wow! Didn't expect that she has become so important for you. Let's not talk about unnecessary people anymore. Mother wants to meet you. Care to come with me, brother?" The man stepped forward and grabbed Rosamund's hands rough
Back to the land of Rainbow, Alaric had made his way furiously towards his mother. The guards left him on the doorway and didn't proceed further since it was their usual family drama. Alaric stared hardly at the woman with long black hairs. From her backside, he could see her putting something into the bonfire. It might be another spell to increase her witch power. Alaric growled pointing at his mother's back furiously, " Mom, don't tell me that it was your plan to abduct Viona? Why the hell have you taken her here?" The woman in high length black gown turned her face to see his son. Her eyes sparked in happiness at his sight. Leaving the woods to burn on its own, she replied shortly, " Welcome home, Son." Alaric growled in frustration. Marching few steps on her way, he yelled out of rage, " Is that why you have taken her here because you didn't see me coming home?"
Viona growled painfully. Eyes teared up as she thrashed her weight against the ground painfully. She wanted to run away but Rosamund's spell was too powerful. Rosamund was a 200 years old witch, perfect in dark spells and could control any creatures with her spells. Her face beamed in happiness once she found Viona in her pathetic state. Viona ignored the other smell and focused on Damien's fragment that was getting very closer. Her wolf panicked, afraid that Damien would become the next target of Rosamund. She let herself came out like wildfire and pushed her powers all on surface. Pushing herself up from the ground, her wolf howled impatiently from inside and turned around to glare at the witch-- Rosamund. Rosamund who didn't expect Viona to fight back was little surprised after her counterattack. Viona dodged her spell skillfully, growled at Rosamund before charging at her way to hit her.
Damien came back inside the room to check on Viona's condition. She was asleep with a faint mark of tiredness on her face. Her hairs were sprawled across the pillow. The view was something that Damien adored much. Marcus's words rang inside his subconscious. If Viona was capable of handling a Witch's power, the fact only defined one possible thought. He didn't know his mate fully yet. Damien swallowed back those uncomfortable feelings inside his lungs. Making his way towards her bedside, he tucked on her body in a comfortable position. Viona groaned between her sleep and rolled on other side. As she felt Damien's palm on her stomach, she opened her eyes groggily. Finding her mate's disturbed expression, Viona muttered placing her palm onto him softly, " What's wrong, Alpha? Are.. you.. still worried? Look, I am safely back here." Damien gave her a soft smile. Squeezing her palm a litt
After they entered into the safe zone, only then Viona breathed in relief. Her sharp gaze still wandered around one more time before picking up her pace towards the shabby hut. Damien was right behind her, dwelled in his thoughts and a part of him felt uncomfortable when he smelled the strong flavour of witch materials. Holding his confusions inside his mind, he followed Viona until they stopped in front of the door. Much to his surprise, the shabby hut door cracked open upon their presence. Damien crooked his brows, scanned his gaze around wandering if any sensor was stationed here. But the decor and poor state of that door made it impossible to believe that there was any modern technological stuffs hidden there. Viona wasn't shock at all. She was very natural with this witch powers and entered into the hut casually. After going few steps, she finally spotted the woman, sitting across the ground with her herbs. Viona greeted in a friend
