She groaned at the constant itch her nose had, making her lift her hand and scratch it, but it would always come back, forcing her awake. She blinked her eyes open and squinted at the fluffy white thing blocking her eyesight, with her eyes more focused she noted the long white strands that ended in fluffs, her brows furrowed in confusion. 

She heard a deep chuckle and looked around the feather which was being held by the culprit. Zander was kneeling next to her side of the bed with an amused smile on his face, She immediately wanted to smile at him, but the memories from last night resurfaced. She pursed her lips at him, not saying anything.

Of course, letting his beast mark her was bad. But he is an immortal. If his beast didn’t mark her, she would died at the end of her normal lifespan and he would be alone again.
