I'M AFRAID YOU'RE GOING THROUGH SOMETHING ALONE

Third POV

Wyatt rushes out to find Harper looking around at the surrounding buildings of the Nightmare Barracks.

She looked normal, too normal, as if nothing had happened.

Wyatt slows down a little, "Harper, where have you been? We can't find you everywhere. Have you been in trouble?”

Harper looked up and Wyatt noticed her eyes were a little red and puffy.

She shook her head slightly, "No, I just wanted to get out and get some air. Being near the King's City was too depressing. Sorry, I meant to come back earlier, but this place is so big I got lost in the woods. "

"You cried," Wyatt said, a little worried that something was wrong. "Honey, tell me what happened. If anyone did anything to you..."

Harper interrupted Wyatt's remark, "I'm fine, I'm just a bit tired."

Wyatt hesitated at Harper's interruption. Normally Harper didn't talk like that. It occurred to Wyatt that maybe he was putting too much pressure on Harper.
