Alana heard Alric mind-link with the entire pack. She looked ahead and saw how Alric was nearly out of her sight. Her jaws trembled as tears stung her eyes. She was holding on to Dean’s wolf for dear life while he ran like the wind, following Alric and Max.
Alric had to sprint ahead, and Alana understood. She would slow him down when there was a dire need to find their son.
