Darren's POV.

I kept speaking to Laura while the elders kept bringing up her name, at some point I thought they get tired, but they didn't, the kept bringing her name up, it felt like they didn't even care how they sounded or what they said,as long as they had the chance to blame theirsekves everytime, listening to them sucked, but I had no choice, I had to follow traditions and every other thing.

And having elders was part of what you needed as a pack, it was important, that was the only reason why I let them be, they could say their rubbish for all I care.

"Alpha,your mate is dangerous." One said and I laughed, they all kept quiet looking at me.

"What's funny?" They asked.

"You all are, you said you want to talk about the way, then you mentioned Laura again, what I asked for you all didn't say anything.", I said hitting the table.
