Forty - One

“I got it!” I shouted.

“Are you sure, Becca?” Nadia asked me and I nodded my head. I walked to my wardrobe and took out a jacket before packing my hair in a bun.

I jumped out my window knowing that mom and the Alphas are gonna ask me where I was going. I needed to confirm something. I shifted and Nadia picked my clothes with her mouth and then we started to run.

It took us an hour to reach our destination. Nadia shifted and gave me access before I wore my clothes and walked to her bar. I was going to Aurora’s bar.

“I see you got it.” Her voice came through immediately after I entered the door. Her bar was empty once again, I was happy about that. I walked toward her and she gave me a cup of coffee.

“So I am right?” I asked and she nodded her head.

“But the hunters weren't cursed by the witches. The wolves thought that the witches fortified the humans to kill them but that wasn't true. It was the moon goddess herself who fortified the humans when the wolves were becoming ruthless.
