She went away quickly, not bothering to look back at me. I wondered if she would come back the next day. It made me wonder where she was living, should I follow her? No, I don't care. Why should I?

I looked away from her even if something in me was directing me in that direction.

Just then, Ian came to me. He stood beside me and passed me tobacco which he sensed I needed. I love this man, he knew me and liked to satisfy me.

“Do you think she will come back?” asked Ian, he seem to care about her.

“If she wants to live, she would.” I simply replied.
