The strange lady who visited me the other day when I wasn't feeling too well suddenly showed up again, and I didn't know how to feel about her visit.

I wasn't exactly the most accommodating person because I don't like people all that much and I find it very difficult to trust them, so I wasn't too sure if I should act friendly with her or just be dismissive with her so that she can find her way back to wherever she came from, just in case she was here to just mess with me and act shitty around me.
