"Um, a part of this family?" I asked, my voice shaking a little. I winced at the sound of my voice, but at the same time, I tried concentrating on her face.

"Yes. Why do you look so scared? Just calm down, I'm here for peace." She raised her hand in defeat, while laughing a little. I released my breath a little, but I still wanted to know who she was.

"I am a part of the extended family. We are all coming here to stay in the pack house for a while, because our house at the shore had been washed off. We told Dimitri yesterday, didn't he tell you?"

No, he didn't.
