We moved forward and we were only able to cover one path and it was the wrong one.

We kept a stone right to inform us so we can know which particular one we have checked.

“We need to start going, we might still be able to cover another path before it’s dark,” I said and was about to go in when he dragged me back.

Feeling his hands on my mind made me lost and I wondered if I knew what was happening around me anymore.

Everything felt silent and there was this calm and peaceful aura that was always around him everywhere he was.

“Let’s just be frank, I don't think there will be any chance of us finding our way out of here today. We would have to wait until tomorrow till then we find a place to pass the night.” He said walking back into the forest to find a place so we each pass the night.
