Everyone present in the hall wanted so bad to believe their sight was failing them. It couldn't be possible! How was the Almighty Jaha in front of them when he should be asleep in the mountain prison? To their best of their knowledge, he had been there for eight years and was meant to be there for ever. So, how was it possible he was in front of them? Or, could he be an imposter?
Lord Marcus got to his feet immediately, his gaze solely fixed on the unwanted man at the entrance. Even for a vamplord as experienced as he was, he still felt his throat run dry at the sight of him. He wanted it to be a dream; a nightmare.
With everyone still and muddled, Jaha took a step from the door. Then, another step, and another, until he was fully walking into the door.
There were guards around, but even them shivered at the sight of him, they couldn't imagine trying to stop him.
