Jace's POV

"Mom, we need to get out of here and find somewhere else to stay," I said.

My mom and I have been staying in a Witch's Coven for two weeks now. I have told her numerous times that we need to get out of there, but she won't listen.

"We can't leave Jace or Derek will kill us. Hanson said that as long as we stay here, we are protected," my mom said

"Mom, he is lying to you," I said

I knew Hanson was an evil Warlock and that he couldn't be trusted. The only reason I was still at his Coven was because of my mom. She wouldn't leave, no matter how often I tried to tell her we needed to. I knew we couldn't go back to the Blood Moon Pack because of what I did. But what else was I supposed to do?
